In your email please include:

• Childs full name
• Full address including post code
• Parents or legal guardians contact number
• Start and end date of absence
• Reason for absence

A member of the education team will respond to confirm if the absence is accepted and authorised. Any leave taken without confirmation from the education team will be classed as an unauthorised absence.
